BBI System offers a versatile solution for all your packaging needs, enabling you to create a wide range of sizes to suit any product. Whether you require small or large packaging, our system provides the flexibility to meet your specific requirements with ease.

  • Minimum Box Size: 140 x 180 x H50 mm
  • Maximum Box Size: 650 x 800 x H1000 mm
  • Cardboard thickness: min. 3 mm max. 8 mm
  • Maximum fanfold width: 1650 mm
  • BBI 500: Up to 500 boxes per hour
  • BBI 1000: Up to 1000 boxes per hour


Special formats (link): disable automatic box closing to allow manual closing
Examples of tailored box sizes:

  • 800 x 1200 x H850 mm
  • 800 x 1200 x H1250 mm without top
  • 800 x 2400 x H850 mm for very long products
    and so on!

Special Formats

Disabling the automatic blank closing feature allows for the creation of very large formats. This flexibility enables the system to handle oversized packaging needs with less limitations, providing custom solutions for unique or large-scale products. The ability to adjust the  blank closure ensures maximum versatility in size, making it adaptable to various packaging requirements.
